We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Print Operator to join our busy production team.
In this role, you will focus on bringing projects to life on the floor. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our digital printing presses and large format machines, ensuring every job meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and large format printers.
- Quality Control: Inspect output for colour accuracy, alignment, defects, and finishing requirements during production runs.
- Basic Graphic Design / File Prep: Make minor tweaks, scaling adjustments, or basic file fixes as needed using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) before sending files to print.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform daily upkeep, troubleshooting, and basic cleaning of machines to minimise downtime and maintain peak performance.
- Workflow Management: Keep jobs moving efficiently through the production queue and ensure deadlines are met.

What We Are Looking For





- Proven hands-on experience operating toner digital printing machines and large format printing equipment. (Konica Minolta, Mimaki)
- Familiarity with standard RIP software. (Fiery)
- Basic graphic design skills.
- A practical, production-minded approach—ideal for someone looking for an active, floor-based position.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for colour and print quality.
- The ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and work well under tight deadlines.
