About the Role

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role where you’ll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.

You’llgain experience in:

- Project delivery and execution
- Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Process design, improvement and implementation
- Customer and user experience mapping
- Data insights and remediation
- Agile and human-centred design methods

We’re after graduates who are not only analytical and curious, but also confident communicators and natural relationship-builders. You’ll thrive in collaborative environments and be energised by solving problems that matter.

Ideal candidates will be:

- Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) in Business/Finance,



Economics, Information Technology or related field
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong in critical thinking, analysis and written communication
- Interested in superannuation, financial services or consulting
- Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable
- Australian citizens or permanent residents, Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
