Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.

· Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.

· Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.

· Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.

· Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.

· Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.

· Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.

· Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.

Skills and Experience:

· Proven leadership and management experience.





· Current retail pharmacy experience is essential.

· Strong merchandising capabilities.

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

· Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.

· Computer literacy; experience with POS Works POS system preferred, not essential.

· Dedicated work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

· Strong business acumen and attention to detail.

. Pharmacy Retail Manager experience preferred, not essential
