GBM Contractors is seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Agitator Driver / Civil Labourer / All-Rounder to join our growing team, working across a variety of civil construction and concreting projects throughout Gippsland and regional Victoria.
This is a hands-on, diverse role that combines operating our concrete agitator truck with assisting the crew on-site across a range of civil construction activities. No two days are the same, with work including footpaths, roadworks, drainage, guardrail projects, concrete works and general civil maintenance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Operating and driving a concrete agitator truck
- Delivering concrete safely and efficiently to job sites
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and maintaining equipment standards
- Assisting with concrete preparation, boxing, pouring and finishing
- Supporting general civil works including site preparation, drainage, roadworks and labouring tasks
- Operating plant and equipment where licensed and experienced (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
Our work is predominantly throughout Gippsland, with some travel across regional Victoria and occasional away work (LAFHA).
