The role

- Casual position
- 3–4 day rotating roster
- Day shifts only – no nights
- Prospect for long-term employment
- Immediate start available

What you'll be doing

- Running the kitchen confidently on your own during service.
- Preparing fresh café breakfasts, lunches and catering.
- Working with quality ingredients and seasonal produce.
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation.
- Managing prep, ordering and stock rotation.
- Keeping a clean, organised kitchen.
- Working closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a great customer experience.

- Has solid experience in a busy café or commercial kitchen.
- Is confident working independently and managing the kitchen solo.
