As a Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment. Working both on & off site

Key responsibilities

Servicing & repairing Agricultural & Construction Machinery

Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions

Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology

Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently

Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support

Participating in ongoing product and technical training

About you

Mechanical Trade Qualification or near Qualified (3rd & 4th year)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ideally experience in repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines

Ability to work independently





Excellent communication and customer service skills

A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
