About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team and support the delivery of complex construction projects, with a focus on Precast Coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in project coordination. While prior precast/design experience is regarded, it is not essential. We are committed to training and developing the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Maintain document control and ensure drawing/model currency
- Review and track consultant and client comments/approvals
- Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders




- Manage and respond to factory/production queries
- Assist with shop drawing reviews and QA processes
- Ensure explicit and consistent communication across all project interfaces
- Assist in identifying and resolving coordination issues
- Support coordination across design, engineering, and constructions teams

About You:

- Background in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar (completed or in progress)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in construction/project delivery
