About the role
Monaro Liquid Waste Services is looking for a reliable and customer focused person to join our team as a
HR Truck Driver
in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate MR to heavy vehicles for liquid waste collection including septic, grease trap and portable toilet pump outs.
Delivering of portable toilets with forklift truck.
Workshop duties include, cleaning/repairing portable toilets, greasing our equipment, washing and cleaning trucks etc.
Maintain explicit and accurate records of all jobs completed
Job requirements prior to commencing:
HR Licence as a minimum (essential)
Experience with a
manual road ranger gear box
(essential)
Asbestos awareness card (essential)
Silica awareness card (essential)
Physically fit (Position requires lifting tank lids and vacuum hoses).
Have excellent work ethics and be customer focused.
Industry experience in liquid waste (
preferred but not essential- TRAINING PROVIDED
).
