What We Are Looking For
Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical / Fitting & Turning / Machining) or equivalent.
Manual Experience: Proven background operating manual lathes, mills, and conventional workshop machinery.
CNC Experience: Ability to program, set, and run Mazak CNC machines (Mazatrol experience highly regarded).
Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings, work to tight tolerances, and perform precision quality checks.
Work Ethic: Solid safety mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
