Key Responsibilities
Support the team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and profitability goals
Have daily conversion, set sales targets, and motivate the team to deliver results
Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and feedback
Support and manage all operational areas: rosters,



stock control, and visual merchandising
Build solid local community relationships
Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
Action mystery shop results, audit outcomes, and customer feedback initiatives
About You
Proven retail leadership experience in a high-volume retail setting
Strong commercial and operational acumen with a drive for results
Confident in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
High attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style
Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
