We are seeking an experienced administrator for permanent Fleet Administrator position with our client based in Rocklea.
Role Purpose
To support the administration and coordination for Hire fleet vehicles.
Manage and process daily interactions of the department.
Your responsibilities
Preparation of Hire Agreements
Managing the completion of vehicle inspection, preparation, maintenance & repair activities
Manage service scheduling
Manage stationary and site-specific compliances
Raising work orders in MYOB
Develop strong business relationships with new/existing clients
Generate sales invoices
Other admin task as required
Requirements
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to show initiative
Account managements experience
Clear, professional and articulate communication
Manufacturing, logistics, transport or similar industry background
