About the role
We're looking for a reliable *Kebab & Pide Cook to join our team.
You'll be preparing authentic kebabs, doner, pide, gozleme and grill items for dine-in and takeaway customers.
This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced kitchen.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in food quality and customer service.
What you'll be doing:
Prepare and cook Turkish kebabs, pides, and grill items
Operate grill, doner machine, and pide oven
Prep ingredients, sauces, and daily stock
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Work with front-of-house team during busy periods
What we're looking for:
Experience cooking Turkish/Middle Eastern food preferred, but not essential
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Fast, reliable, and can work well under pressure
Good communication and team player
