About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Game Design Manager – Slots to lead a energetic team and help to shape the future of land‐based slot gaming.
You'll work in a collaborative environment, directly managing a team of mathematicians and game designers across the full game design lifecycle, bringing innovative new game design concepts to a range of international markets.
Responsibilities
Manage the day‐to‐day operations of an established game design team
Utilise your expert market knowledge to deliver a portfolio of international slot games to market
Work closely with the studio's leadership team to ensure the team is performing to the highest of standards
Collaborate with internal Art and Engineering functions
Utilise your mathematical skills to drive strategic and analytical aspects of game design.
About You
Education: Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience in leading game design functions and managing teams across land‐based and/or iGaming markets
Skills: Proven track record in successfully bringing land‐based slot titles to international markets
Traits: You are a natural leader, able to set and uphold high standards in rapid‐paced collaborative environments
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
