Millbrook is a stunning, multi-award winning winery, cellar door, restaurant and function venue located in Jarrahdale, 50 minutes southeast of the Perth CBD and is part of the Fogarty Wine Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Deliver prompt, qualified and friendly customer service at all times
· Provide food and beverage service in a busy restaurant and cellar door environment
· Conduct wine tastings and confidently discuss our wines, menu and local produce with guests
· Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming work environment
· Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
· Be available to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as required
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in a front of house hospitality role
· Wine and knowledge is desirable; however full training will be provided




· A genuine passion for hospitality, local produce and wine
· Outstanding customer service skills with a warm, engaging personality
· Ability to confidently manage your own dining section in a fast-paced workplace
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Eagerness to learn, grow and develop within the hospitality industry
· Adaptable and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
· Current RSA certificate
