Job Description
pynapple and co pty ltd Butcher required in our Retail Outlet - Meat Emporium at Smithfield.
Position is full time weekdays PLUS saturdays.
Perks Task & responsibilities Deboning of meat products, cutting with bandsaw, prepping primal meat cuts to provide for customers Crumbing chicken, beef, lamb products, and preparing marinades and seasoning cuts of meat.
Operating meat tenderiser in creating tender steaks Running raw meat through grinder for sausages, rissoles and mince.




Mixing flavours rubs to sell as slow cooking products Pumping variety of flavoured meat through sausage machine to create flavoured sausages Meet customers' needs to ensure they purchase the desired cuts of meat Advising manager on customer feedback and culinary knowledge Operating the till Serving customers Keping workplace tidy regarding food health regulations Qualification & experience Minimum relevant Cert III or relevant experience to work in busy outlet, preparing and selling the product.
