Tecside are seeking an organised and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our client's team, a leading global manufacturer of heavy equipment based in Western Sydney.
This is a part time chance working 8 hour days Monday – Wednesday, for a 12 month period. You will manage warranty claims from start to finish while ensuring a seamless customer experience, liaising with Technical Support, Service teams and customers to gather claim information.
