Marist180 is seeking passionate Youth Workers to join its Therapeutic Care Home (TCH) and Immediate Transition Model (ITM) programs in South Western Sydney. You will provide trauma-informed support to children and young people aged 0–18, helping with wellbeing, daily living skills, education and community participation.
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and may rotate across ITM and TCH programs.
