Qantas Group is seeking a Workforce Planner to drive a major workforce transformation for ground staff across airport operations. The role is based at our Mascot Campus in Sydney on a full time, permanent basis and involves configuring recent systems, coaching teams, and supporting implementation at multiple sites.
You will partner with business units to improve roster efficiency, leverage tools like WorkforcePlus and GroundStar Rostering, and apply Excel/Power BI skills.
