Mamma G's on the Gold Coast, Coolangatta, invites you to join its deli and café kitchen as a Chef de Partie. You'll work in a rapid-paced, high‐volume environment, taking ownership of your section and delivering consistently high‐quality dishes for dine‐in and takeaway.
Minimum 2 years' experience in cafe/deli, solid organisation, explicit communication in a small hands-on team, and a commitment to food safety are essential. Early starts and weekend work may be required.
