Grantham Fuels is seeking a passionate Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Grantham store. This full time role suits a motivated qualified who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer experiences, and driving store performance.
You will oversee inventory, promotions, staff rostering, budgeting and safety compliance to ensure profitability and smooth trading. A Diploma or higher and 3–5 years in retail are preferred.
