VMCH is seeking a Community Support Assistant to provide personalised care to ageing clients in their own homes and community around Wangaratta.
You'll help with daily living, social support, personal care and transport as needed, to maintain independence and quality of life.
The role requires Certificates in Aged Care or equivalent, a Victorian driver's licence, and willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR and Police checks.
Prior aged care experience is a plus and the workplace is team-focused.
