Foundations Care is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people in a Supported Independent Living framework, outreach and respite programs in Gladstone. You will help youths live independently, align with case plans and goals, and provide secure care.
The role requires building rapport with communities, carers and staff, and may involve overnight shifts. A current drivers licence is required and screening checks apply.
