Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (RN) for permanent part time work in Albury or Wagga Wagga.
Start with 38 hours per fortnight, with potential to move to full time, delivering care in disability, aged care and palliative settings.
You will conduct client assessments, health planning, and coordinate services across funded and non-funded programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families to support optimal outcomes.
