Job Title

/n

Senior Speech Pathologist – Illawarra region (Nowra, North and South Wollongong). As an experienced clinician, you'll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage a varied, community‐based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings

/n

- Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults

/n

- Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC

/n

- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‐centred goals

/n

- Deliver evidence‐based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence

/n

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes

/n

- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals

/n

- Support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA

/n





- Experience as a Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist beyond graduation

/n

- Passionate about community‐based support for people with disability

/n

- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

/n

- Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team setting

/n

- Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians

/n/n
