Our client is a leading Australian manufacturing business with operations across the country. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join their close-knit team in Canning Vale, Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

/n

Offering a competitive salary of $130,000 + Superannuation, this Monday to Friday role provides the opportunity to make a genuine impact on workplace safety while supporting a growing manufacturing operation. Occasional interstate travel will be required to support national sites and projects.

/n

This position is ideal for a safety skilled with a strong manufacturing background, proven project management experience, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing.

/n

The Role Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing health, safety, and environmental practices across the business.

/n

Your key responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Driving a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across manufacturing operations

/n

- Conducting workplace inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments

/n

- Investigating incidents, near misses, and injuries while implementing corrective actions

/n

- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and systems

/n

- Delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives

/n

- Leading and supporting HSE improvement projects across multiple sites

/n

- Ensuring compliance with Australian WHS legislation and industry standards

/n

- Monitoring and reporting on safety performance metrics and trends

/n





- Supporting contractor management and site compliance requirements

/n

- Collaborating with managers and operational teams to continuously improve workplace safety outcomes

/n/n

About You

/n

To be successful in this HSE Advisor job in Perth, you will possess:

/n

/n

- A minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety

/n

- At least 4-5 years of experience in an HSE, WHS, or Safety Advisor role

/n

- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential

/n

- Project management experience with the ability to lead safety initiatives and business improvement projects

/n

- Strong knowledge of Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation

/n

- Experience undertaking investigations, audits, and risk assessments

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

/n

- A proactive, hands‐on approach to safety leadership

/n

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

/n

- Willingness to travel interstate on occasion

/n/n
