Graduate to join a
reputable high profile contracting company for our upcoming
Graduate Program intake. As part of our HSE team, you will work in
a diverse environment with the opportunity to be involved in
various subsidiaries across the NRW Holdings

Group.

As part of the rotational Graduate
Program, you will gain exposure to multiple facets of the
business while building practical experience across
health, safety and environmental systems. The program
offers a mix of Perth-based Head Office placement and site
rotations, with rosters varying depending on placement. You will
also have the chance to attend one of our tailored leadership
training programs, designed for those interested in advancing into

future leadership roles.

As a HSE Graduate, you

will be responsible for (but not limited

to):

- Monitoring

secure systems of work in accordance with company
procedures and standards

- Assisting

with HSE reporting, inspections and compliance
activities

- Supporting

incident investigations and corrective action
processes

- Contributing

to risk assessments, SWMS, JHAs and other risk management
activities

- Supporting

workplace communication and consultation

initiatives

To be considered for this

position, you

will require:

- A relevant

qualification in Health, Safety & Environment, Occupational




Health & Safety or similar
discipline

- Relevant

industry experience through vacation work, placements or
internships is advantageous

- Strong

verbal and written communication
skills

- The ability

to collaborate effectively within a team
environment

- The right to
