About the Role:

One Key Resources is recruiting multiple permanent Production Mining Operators (Excavator & Dozer) to join the production team on a Permanent basis with Terra Com at Blair Athol Mine, located 20 minutes from Clermont in Central Queensland. You will work as part of a structured crew on a rotating roster, with options for local residents or DIDO candidates from Mackay and surrounding coastal and regional communities.

Duties:

- Operate large production excavators and/or dozers safely to meet shift targets
- Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects promptly
- Maintain accurate GPS production system records throughout operations
- Work with supervisors and crew members to achieve daily production goals
- Uphold a safety-first, team-focused and high-performing work culture

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating
- SSE signed training transcripts
- Current Driver's Licence




- Full Australian working rights

Excavator Operators:

- Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
- EX1200, L9400, EX3600-7 (or similar) with GPS production systems
- Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
- Cat D10T and/or D11T (or similar) with GPS production systems
