The Role

Within this role you will be responsible for:
Answering inbound phone calls and emails, being the first point of contact for any customer enquiries.
Assisting customers with account enquiries, billing, payments and account setup.
Processing new connections, disconnections and meter reading requests.
Explaining bills, charges and available products and services.
Supporting customers with payment plans and hardship assistance where required.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.
Providing a high level of customer service, including handling difficult conversations.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous customer service experience,



ideally within the energy or utilities industry.
The ability to quickly learn new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A numerical mindset and confidence working with bills, payments and account information.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
The ability to commence immediately and be eligible to convert to a permanent position without requiring visa sponsorship.
