An exceptional opportunity is available for a Psychologist (Clinical or Registered) to join a leading and highly regarded clinic in Canberra.
This role is ideally suited to a clinician with experience working with children and adolescents who is passionate about high-quality client care, collaboration, and supporting the development of early-career psychologists.
This position offers the opportunity to take on a mentoring and leadership focus within a supportive multidisciplinary workplace, helping guide clinicians in the early stages of their careers.
Board Approved Supervisor status is highly desired, or alternatively, a willingness to obtain this endorsement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents, and families
Support and mentor early-career psychologists within the team
Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
Maintain clinical documentation and reporting to a high professional standard
Liaise with families, schools, healthcare specialists, and other stakeholders as required
About You
AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Clinical or General)
Experience working with children and adolescents
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for mentoring and supporting developing clinicians
Board Approved Supervisor status highly regarded, or willingness to obtain
Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
