You will draft, negotiate, and manage MSAs, Consulting Agreements, CDAs, and research contracts for Flagship's portfolio companies, while training business units on contract processes.
You must have a JD, bar admission in at least one US state, and the ability to manage multiple matters with senior guidance, using AI tools to improve efficiency.
