What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is looking for a passionate and dedicated Operations Supervisor who shares our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability.

This role will be based in Oberon NSW.

This is an chance for an established supply chain professional to develop their career in a role that is responsible for transport operations, driver management, road compliance plus operational and customer service performance.

We are considering both full time and part-time job share applicants for this position.

Key areas:
Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocols
Provide transport operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI’s are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirements
Identifying, evaluating and addressing transport risks focused on continuous improvement and innovation
Effective management and development of direct reports and operational teams
Partnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growth
Ensure that the systems and resources available are fully utilised to provide confidence to our customers
