About You:
/n
You are an experienced Project Manager or Electronic Security Technician Lead/Supervisor who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and client interaction. You are organised, proactive, and take pride in delivering high quality outcomes. You bring:
/n
/n
- Proven technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry, including alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated systems.
/n
- Qualifications or experience in Project Management or Project Engineering (preferred). Knowledge of Australian Standards.
/n
- NV1 Security Clearance desirable or ability to obtain is essential (you must be an Australian Citizen).
/n
- Valid Drivers Licence (mandatory).
/n
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
/n
- Commitment to high levels of customer service.
/n/n
Your Day-to-Day:
/n
/n
- Lead the financial delivery of projects, including monthly forecasts and updates.
/n
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritising workloads and resources.
/n
- Ensure OH&S; procedures and policies are strictly followed.
/n
- Engage with stakeholders across clients, staff, and sub-contractors.
/n
- Review and interpret system designs, ensuring the successful delivery and installation of integrated electronic security systems.
/n
- Maintain up to date knowledge of security technology, standards, and best practices.
/n/n
