The Role Working closely with senior team members and internal support, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the management of body corporate schemes Assisting with committee communication and owner enquiries Preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence and meeting documents Coordinating maintenance, contractors,



compliance and insurance matters Attending committee meetings and general meetings Assisting with budgets, levies and financial administration Managing day-to-day body corporate correspondence Learning and applying Queensland body corporate legislation Building strong relationships with committees, owners, contractors and stakeholders Gradually taking on more portfolio responsibility as your confidence develops About You This role would suit someone with experience as an Assistant Strata Manager, Strata Administrator, Body Corporate Assistant, Junior Strata Manager or Strata Community Manager.
