Brightstar Resources is seeking a Senior Geologist to lead the grade control function for our Lord Byron open pit in Victoria. You will help establish the Open Pit Geology function from the ground up as operations commence on Second Fortune and Sandstone district assets.

You will mentor Mine Geologists and Pit Technicians, integrate drilling, mapping and sampling data with mine planning, and collaborate with Mining Engineers to optimise ore recovery while minimising dilution.
