ATCO Australia is seeking a General Manager, People to lead the organisation's People strategy and function. You will report to the CEO and Country Chair, with influence across the executive team and the broader business.
In this role you will drive strategic partnering across HR, industrial relations, talent, leadership development and inclusion, while working with colleagues in Canada to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives and shape a local People strategy aligned to Australia’s needs.
