- High-Profile Tier 1 Initiative: Join a fully functional, integrated Program Management Office (PMO) embedded within a prominent Federal Government department, contributing directly to a high-visibility digital investment program running through to mid-2028.
- Enterprise-Wide Orchestration: Play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end program governance, shaping the integrated timeline, and generating comprehensive delivery data across six critical work packages.

Role & Responsibilities
- Master Schedule Management: Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all active tranches and parallel tracks.
- Dependency & Milestone Tracking: Consolidate complex project schedules, tracking critical milestones and mapping cross-project technical dependencies to identify delivery pinch points.
- Performance Reporting: Produce accurate, high-quality, and timely program performance reports, executive summaries, and interactive data dashboards.
- Risk & Forecast Analysis: Conduct sophisticated schedule risk analysis, critical path modeling, and trend forecasting to equip delivery teams with predictive insights.
- Governance & Standards Alignment:
Ensure all reporting frameworks and schedule mechanics strictly align with program governance rules and broader departmental requirements.
- Strategic Executive Advisory: Report directly to the Program Manager, delivering integrated timeline insights and transparent advice to facilitate effective senior executive decision-making.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Scheduling Expertise: Advanced experience operating as a Master Scheduler or Project Planner within a multi-streamed, complex enterprise program setting.
- Technical Toolkit: Deep mastery of industry-standard scheduling and reporting software (such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or advanced Power BI dashboarding tools).
- Analytical Acumen: Proven capability in critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and transforming raw timeline data into clean, executive-ready performance intelligence.
- Core Capabilities: A modern, proactive, and transparent collaboration style with the communication skills required to negotiate timelines with busy project managers.
- Government Delivery: Comprehensive understanding of public sector governance models, assurance frameworks, and federal reporting lifecycles.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the secure nature of this federal environment, candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance , with an NV2 clearance preferred.
