QA Build is the powerhouse behind the construction of Gem Life communities. Our expert teams deliver quality-built villas for our resort developments, achieving impressive build times of just 16 weeks.

The role

You will be responsible for running the site, managing the team of Plant Operators, Labourers and Contractors to deliver homes on time to the highest standard of quality and safety. There will be a commercial team working on the site managing the delivery of the clubhouse, sporting facilities and entry statement. Collectively as a team, the commercial and residential team will hold monthly BBQs for our staff and contractors to ensure we promote a cohesive and well run site.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who makes sound decisions, communicates effectively and identifies issues early. Experience managing multiple homes in various stages of construction within a production or volume building workplace is highly desirable.





You’ll be supported by a dedicated Head Office team and an on-site Business Development Manager, allowing you to focus on delivering quality homes within our proven 16-week build program.

Essential Requirements

- QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Residential construction experience
- Trade background (carpentry preferred)
- White Card and Driver Licence
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
