The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead the purchasing and procurement function across its diverse, multi-site operational group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the group procurement strategy, leading strategic sourcing, and negotiation of major supply agreements. This role requires a commercially savvy leader with a strong background in managing significant indirect spend portfolios and delivering measurable commercial value. The Head of Procurement will also be tasked with championing a centralized procurement operating model, owning the end-to-end contract lifecycle, and building a high-performing procurement and purchasing team. Applicants for the Head of Procurement position at the company should have a proven track record in complex, multi-site operational environments, ideally within tourism, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or FMCG. The role demands a leader with substantial experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. A contemporary,



coaching-oriented leadership style, polished negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, or commerce, with a strong understanding of contract and commercial law, and experience in leading change and embedding centralized procurement operating models. Resilience and composure in the face of complexity and change, as well as robust systems capability across ERP and procure-to-pay environments, are also key attributes for this role.
