- Salary is $75,000 - $95,000 package dependant on experience

Role

- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team
- Work with creative teams, developing briefs for all advertising including print, digital and video assets
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points
- Establish budget guidelines, document business processes and provide sales support




- Identify effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise accordingly
- Present ideas to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about strategies, budgets and marketing programs
- Analyse customer insights and consumer trends

Person

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and decision-making skills
- Eye for creativity and metrics driven
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business or related field
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Ability to travel to display sites
