The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist based in Melbourne to support NDIS participants. We believe the best therapeutic outcomes happen in person, which is why we are looking for practitioners committed to providing face to face, on the ground service in the community with some telehealth work available as well. This is a chance to build a rewarding caseload close to home with the backing of a highly supportive administrative team.

- Deliver Local Impact: Provide highly engaged, face to face occupational therapy services to participants across Melbourne in their homes and in the community.
- Flexible Report Writing: Complete your written assessments and documentation from the comfort of home, in a time and space that works for you.
- Collaborate Broadly:
Build strong therapeutic relationships with local families, schools, support coordinators, and broader care teams.
- Design Custom Plans: Conduct functional assessments and prepare comprehensive, highly individualised written plans that make a real difference.
Who You Are
- Skilled Registration: You are a fully registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- NDIS Expertise: You have 1+ years of experience working as an OT within the NDIS framework, with a solid understanding of relevant assessments and report writing.
- Community Focused: You value genuine local connection and hands on, face to face support.
- Reliable & Autonomous: You are organised, self motivated, and can commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week once your caseload is established.
