We're seeking experienced Service Now Architects to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape platform architecture, drive best practices, and work with high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define Service Now architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.

- Lead solution design across ITSM and other Service Now modules.

- Provide architectural guidance on platform configuration, customisation, and integrations.

- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.

- Define integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

- Review technical designs and establish Service Now governance and best practices.

- Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' Service Now experience, including experience in an Architect role.

- Strong knowledge of Service Now architecture,



data model, and platform capabilities.

- Experience designing solutions across ITSM and related Service Now modules.

- Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

- Robust understanding of Service Now security, access controls, and role-based permissions.

- Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) highly regarded.

- Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
