We are seeking three experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major banking transformation and customer migration program. These roles sit within a high-profile enterprise initiative focused on migrating customers, products and services to new platforms and simplifying banking products across the organisation.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work with a broad range of stakeholders to analyse current-state processes, assess impacts, identify gaps, and support the successful migration of customers and banking products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis across customer migration initiatives
- Review existing processes, customer communications, legal documentation and operational procedures
- Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with business, operations, technology and program stakeholders
- Support product migration and customer conversion activities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables and recommendations
- Contribute to large-scale transformation and simplification programs

Required Experience We are looking for hands-on Business Analysts with proven experience delivering within large banking transformation programs.

You will ideally bring experience in one or more of the following:

- Mortgage products
- Deposit products
- Credit cards
- Transaction accounts
- Savings accounts
- Product simplification programs
- Customer migration programs
- Large-scale banking transformations

Essential Skills





- Strong Business Analysis experience within banking or financial services
- Proven delivery experience on migration or transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Requirements gathering and documentation expertise
- Process analysis and process improvement experience
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving program environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

- Prior Westpac experience (must have been outside the organisation for at least 6 months)
- Experience with major banking programs at organisations such as:

- Westpac

- NAB

- ANZ

- Commonwealth Bank

- Citi

- Other large financial institutions
- Experience migrating products, customers or accounts at scale
- Understanding of customer experience and operational impacts during migration initiatives
