The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and approaches challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for managing investor accounts, delivering accurate and timely client outputs, and acting as a key point of contact for both clients and investors.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help ensure registry processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining high service standards, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous process improvement while delivering an outstanding client and investor experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and static data changes in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and review key investor documentation, including Exit Statements, Tax Statements, and Distribution Statements.
- Stage payments for approval and distribute required reports to clients within agreed timeframes.
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding to client, investor, and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage email and telephone enquiries efficiently, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Identify, report, and support the resolution of incidents, breaches, and regulatory changes in accordance with established procedures.
- Contribute to a strong risk and control environment by following documented processes, controls, and checklists.
- Support process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and the enhancement of operational controls.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve operational and client service objectives.

Key Competencies

- Consistently deliver timely and qualified responses to client, investor, and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.




- Demonstrate proficiency in processing and reviewing transactions and registry data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables while balancing competing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying, reporting, and assisting in the resolution of incidents or control breaches while maintaining a strong risk and control mindset.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, support the development and maintenance of operational procedures and controls, and adhere to established checklists and documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to team objectives and fostering positive working relationships to achieve business outcomes.

Experience

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a registry, investor services role — ideally within managed funds
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in finance are highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational skills and High attention to detail .
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced.
