We're partnering with one of Australia's most successful B2B SaaS companies to appoint an Acquisition Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in the company's next phase of growth.

Already established as a market leader in its category, the business has built a loyal customer base, an exceptional product and a strong leadership team. Now, as they accelerate both locally and internationally, they're investing in a commercially minded marketer who can help scale customer acquisition and directly influence revenue growth.

The Chance

Reporting into an experienced commercial leader who oversees both Sales and Marketing, you'll own the acquisition strategy for net-new customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Working as part of a high-performing growth team, you'll design, execute and continuously optimise multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, improve conversion rates and maximise return on marketing investment.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with hands-on execution. You'll have the autonomy to test ideas, challenge conventional approaches and use data to drive better outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Owning the end-to-end acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, email, content, partnerships and emerging channels.
- Driving qualified pipeline and demo generation in close partnership with Sales.
- Managing and optimising paid media investment to maximise customer acquisition efficiency.




- Building a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, conversion optimisation and continuous performance improvement.
- Leveraging data and attribution to make informed investment decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Refining customer segmentation, messaging and go-to-market strategy to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Owning the acquisition technology stack, including HubSpot, analytics and marketing automation.

About You You'll already have a strong track record in B2B SaaS acquisition marketing .

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

- Proven success building acquisition and demand generation programmes within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A highly analytical approach, with deep understanding of pipeline, CAC, CPL, conversion metrics and marketing ROI.
- Hands-on expertise across paid media, HubSpot, GA4, CRO and growth experimentation.
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success to drive revenue outcomes.
- A bias for action, curiosity and continuous optimisation.
