We're representing a highly regarded supplier of premium architectural products that has earned its reputation through quality, design and consistency. Their products are regularly specified throughout Sydney's luxury residential market and are trusted by many of the city's leading architects, interior designers and custom home builders.

The business is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on one thing, creating new opportunities.

This is a genuine hunting role where you'll identify projects early, build relationships across the A&D; community and secure product specifications on some of Sydney's most considered residential homes.

If you enjoy opening doors, influencing projects from concept stage and building a pipeline through relationships rather than cold transactional selling, this role will suit you.

The Role

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and luxury home builders.

- Identify projects during the design and documentation stages.

- Secure specifications across premium residential projects.

- Deliver presentations, showroom consultations and product demonstrations.

- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

- Work closely with internal teams to transition projects through to delivery.

- Manage your own diary, territory and pipeline with a high degree of autonomy.

About You

We're looking for someone who already understands specification sales and the high-end residential architectural market.

Ideally you will have





- Experience selling premium architectural or interior products into the high-end residential market.

- A successful background in business development and winning current business.

- Existing relationships across Sydney's architectural and interior design community.

- Experience working with architects, designers and specification-driven projects.

- The ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.

- Strong commercial awareness and excellent presentation skills.

- A self-motivated, professional approach with the ability to work independently.

Experience within architectural hardware, lighting, tapware, flooring, façades, glazing, stone, joinery, surfaces, furniture or other premium residential products will be highly regarded.
