What You’ll Be Doing
You will help keep our office, staff and services running smoothly by:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling shifts and assisting with staff rostering.
- Completing data entry and maintaining accurate participant records.
- Assisting with compliance documents and administrative requirements.
- Supporting recruitment and new employee onboarding.
- Liaising with participants, families and support workers.
- Maintaining organised digital files and confidential records.
- Providing general office administration and team support.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with others.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Expert in using email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and online systems.
- Able to work independently while also being a great team player.
- Respectful of privacy, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Previous experience in administration is a must, rostering, recruitment, disability services or community services will be highly regarded. The right attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to learn are non negotiable!
