We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.
This is a varied role that supports the day-to-day administration of the dealership, including reception, invoicing, banking, vehicle registrations and deal pack administration.
About the Role
- Accounts administration, invoicing, and banking.
- Maintaining records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Supporting vehicle sales administration activities.
- Preparing and maintaining vehicle deal packs.
- Reception and customer service.
- Vehicle registration processing.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration, accounts, or customer service experience.
- Vehicle deal pack processing or dealership admin experience highly regarded.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivables.
- A current driver's license.
