Barker College is seeking a proactive and highly organised Health Centre Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Health Centre. This diverse and rewarding role combines administration, wellbeing program coordination, student health support and customer service.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Director of Health & Wellbeing and Health Centre team, you will coordinate student medical information, support camps and excursions, manage vaccination programs, assist with wellbeing initiatives, and provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for students, staff and families.
Key responsibilities include
- Reception & Administration
- Manage and generate confidential medical information for excursions, camps and tours, ensuring accurate and timely provision of student health information while adhering to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist the Director of Health & Wellbeing with the planning and delivery of student wellbeing initiatives and events.
- Support Health Centre accounts management, including invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, staff timesheets and budget tracking.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
