Our Perth depot is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Transport Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy transport environment. Working closely with drivers, customers, and operational teams, you'll help ensure freight is planned, processed, and delivered efficiently while providing exceptional administrative support.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend work required during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manifest consignments and ensure freight documentation is accurate and compliant
- Support load planning and daily transport operations
- Coordinate and manage customer orders and job requests
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and operational teams to ensure service expectations are met
- Manage freight bookings, delivery schedules, and customer time slot requests
- Debrief driver paperwork and close out daily runs
- Assist with depot pallet control and tracking
- Maintain transport records and regulatory documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration and Depot Manager
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of depot operations

What You Bring:

- Previous administration experience, ideally within transport, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
