Our Perth depot is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Transport Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy transport environment. Working closely with drivers, customers, and operational teams, you'll help ensure freight is planned, processed, and delivered efficiently while providing exceptional administrative support.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend work required during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

Manifest consignments and ensure freight documentation is accurate and compliant

Support load planning and daily transport operations

Coordinate and manage customer orders and job requests

Liaise with drivers, customers, and operational teams to ensure service expectations are met

Manage freight bookings, delivery schedules, and customer time slot requests

Debrief driver paperwork and close out daily runs

Assist with depot pallet control and tracking

Maintain transport records and regulatory documentation

Provide general administrative support to the Administration and Depot Manager

Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of depot operations

What You Bring

Previous administration experience, ideally within transport, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or another rapid-paced environment

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure





Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting the wider team A genuine focus on delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers
